- The item is returned within 14 days, undamaged and in their original, saleable condition.
- Submitted with proof of purchase in the form of order receipt.

14 Day change of mind and exchange period
Should you for any reason wish to return any item(s) purchased from Kookaburra South Africa you will be allowed to exchange the goods for any other products of the same value, of the product(s) purchased. You will return the goods to Kookaburra South Africa at your own cost.
You must advise us in writing of your cancellation (info@kookaburra.co.za) and any such cancellation must be authorised by the person who made the original purchase.
